Bayou State Coins (Joel Swenson) provides CoinGradingAI (the “Service”). You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the images and text you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to provide and operate the Service.

• You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
• We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

The Service provides an AI-generated grading opinion based on the images you submit. Coin grading is inherently subjective and depends on image quality, lighting, strike, surface preservation, and other factors. The Service output is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of how any third-party grading service or buyer will grade or value a coin.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are processed through PayPal and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, access typically continues through the end of the paid period (see Cancellation & Refunds).
• Plan limits (for example, monthly job limits and queue limits) are described on the Pricing page and may change over time.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to bypass security, scrape the Service, overload the system, or submit content designed to exploit or reverse engineer the Service. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless permitted by us in writing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, including to improve features, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. We may also impose reasonable limits on certain features or restrict access.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.
