Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 2026-01-04
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of CoinGradingAI (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1) Prohibited content

You may not upload, submit, or transmit content that:
  • Violates any law or regulation.
  • Infringes or misappropriates another party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or intended to intimidate or harm others.
  • Contains malware, malicious code, or is designed to compromise security.
  • Contains personal data you do not have the right to share.
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or used to mislead others (including impersonation).

2) Prohibited behavior

You may not:
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, usage limits, or other access controls.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying prompts/workflows, except where prohibited by law.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to overload it or degrade performance for others.
  • Use the Service to create, store, or distribute an unauthorized database of images or results.
  • Use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or the public.

3) Coin-image expectations

The Service is designed for grading coins from photos. Uploads should be relevant to coin grading (for example, obverse and reverse of the same coin). Submitting unrelated images, repetitive junk uploads, or content intended to “stress test” the Service may be treated as misuse.

4) Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit functionality, suspend, or terminate accounts as appropriate. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5) Contact

If you have questions about this AUP, contact us via /support.

6) Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when it was last updated.
