Subscriptions are managed through PayPal. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or via your PayPal subscription management.

When you cancel, your subscription is set to not renew. In most cases, you will keep access through the end of the current paid billing period. After the paid period ends, access to subscription features may stop unless you resubscribe.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or where PayPal determines a refund is appropriate under their policies. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us via /support.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU/EEA, you may have statutory rights, including a 14-day cancellation (“cooling-off”) right for certain online purchases. Because CoinGradingAI is a digital service that can be provided immediately after purchase, by starting a subscription you request immediate performance of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that once the service begins (for example, when you submit a grading job), your statutory cancellation right may be lost for that billing period.
